Trademarks and domain names

CAPRI enables its clients to benefit from the expertise of senior consultants whose interventions are benchmarks in the sector. The network put at the service of its clients ensures the worldwide effectiveness of their IP protection.

CAPRI handles the procedures for the application, registration, granting and renewal of trade marks with the different Patent Offices:
• Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (French Patent Office) in Paris (INPI)
• Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market in Alicante (OHIM)
• World Intellectual Property Office in Geneva (WIPO)
• National Patent Offices in all countries of the world.

CAPRI verifies the availability of the trade marks and domain names proposed before the application is submitted and monitors and renews trade marks in France and abroad. Furthermore, for domain names, CAPRI handles the registration formalities with the relevant national and international bodies and manages the renewals.

CAPRI also handles the opposition procedures, both in France and abroad.

We registered trade marks in a large number of countries, using the different existing procedures such as the Community trade mark and the international trade mark.
